The Canadian Celiac Association produces a small booklet that is called Acceptability of Food & Food Ingredients for the Gluten-Free Diet. That is quite a mouthful, plus there was no way that I would be able to fit that in as a title. So the easier method of referring to it is the Canadian Celiac Association Pocket Dictionary.
The Pocket Dictionary is a list of food and food ingredients that are classified as ALLOWED in a gluten-free diet, NOT ALLOWED in a gluten free diet or ? CHECK. ? CHECK usually means that some manufacturers make the product with gluten ingredients while others don’t. A good example of this is Soy Sauce.
The booklet is small enough that you can carry it with you while shopping, yet has large enough print that it can be read easily. It is in alphabetical order which allows you to find an ingredient quickly.
The Canadian Celiac Association Pocket Dictionary is available on the Canadian Celiac Association website and at many Canadian gluten free stores and organizations.

You can buy the Pocket Dictionary online at http://www.celiac.ca/index.php/shop/cca-store/
You should also be able to buy it through your local chapter of the Canadian Celiac Society. Here is a link to the local chapters: http://www.celiac.ca/index.php/about-the-cca/local-chapters/
