This is definitely one of my favorite desserts. Glutenfreeda cheesecakes have lived up to everything I expect from a cheesecake.
One of the hardest things for me to give up when I stopped eating gluten was cheesecake. If you have read many posts on my site, you will quickly realize that I love rich foods. Cheesecake is one of the richest foods I could find and I tended to eat it whenever the opportunity arose. After removing gluten from my diet, I was unable to find a graham cracker replacement, so no cheesecake for me.
The Glutenfreeda cheesecakes are made in a straight forward style of a graham cracker base with the cheesecake on top. They come in New York Style, Chocolate and Strawberry Swirl.
