This is an easy casserole that I enjoy. If you have the soup and rice prepared ahead of time, it doesn’t take long to make. Also, it has one fresh vegetable in it, which I’m trying to have more of lately.
Broccoli Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups precooked rice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup broccoli
- 3 tbsp Cheez Whiz
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Chop broccoli into small pieces.
- Mix rice, soup, broccoli and Cheez Whiz in a casserole dish.
- Grate cheddar cheese over other ingredients.
- Cover and cook for 25 minutes at 375F.
